Yes, parking is required. For any mobile vet appointment or home vet visits, please arrange a nearby paid or free parking spot as close to your home as possible before the visit. Our van cannot enter buildings or underground parking due to height restrictions, so if your location requires a security or parking permit, please arrange it in advance.
Before the vet arrives, keep your pet restricted to a small area — if you have a cat, ideally place them in a carrier. Please also have your pet passports or any vaccination and deworming records ready. If you won't be home, make sure a trusted caregiver is present who can answer questions about your pet's history.

Payment for vet home visits is by credit or debit card or cash at the time of the visit. Home visits include a home-visit service charge in addition to the standard consultation or service fee. We'll always provide an estimate before proceeding.
The mobile clinic has laboratory support on board, so if you need a pet blood test or a blood test for pets, our vet will confirm what's available for your pet's specific case and share pricing after assessing the appropriate panel.
We do not offer Tabby as a payment option.
